A one-year, full-time discipleship programme to grow deep in God, discover your purpose, and be equipped for a lifetime of service.
LEAP is a one-year intensive discipleship training programme for men and women who want to be marked by the living God.
From 2027, LEAP calls a brand-new, purpose-built campus in Pinehurst, Cape Town home — the ideal place to give a year to growing in God and discovering your purpose, surrounded by community, deep in the Word, and stretched in real ministry.
There is no better way to prepare for whatever comes next: a future shaped not by your own striving, but by the touch of the living God. We follow the pattern of Jesus, who invested deeply in a few so that the many could be reached.
LEAP isn't a classroom on an island. You're planted in the life of a thriving congregation — worshipping, serving and being discipled by people who live out ministry every week.
You won't only study ministry — you'll do it. Weekly outreaches, serving teams and hands-on equipping turn what you learn into lived experience.
Live, eat, pray and grow alongside a close community for a full year. The friendships and accountability formed here outlast the programme itself.
Seasoned leaders walk closely with you — not from a distance, but in real relationship — speaking into your character, your calling and your next step.
LEAP is built around growing the whole person — heart, head, and hands — so you leave grounded, equipped, and sent.
Strong biblical and theological foundations through structured teaching, so your faith is built on truth that lasts.
A rhythm of prayer, worship, and life in community where you grow to know God for yourself — not second-hand.
Real outreaches, serving, and ministry experience that take faith out of the classroom and into the world.
Mentorship, character, and gifting development that help you discover and step into your God-given calling.
Solid, structured biblical training that anchors you in sound doctrine and a love for Scripture.
Choose a study or serving track in the afternoons — putting what you learn into practice or going deeper.
Go and serve. Outreaches are woven into the year so ministry becomes lived experience, not just theory.
Orientation and debrief camps, the Four12 Conference, and exposure to Joshua Generation congregations across the country.
Friendship, the Word, mission, and a lot of laughter — this is what a year at LEAP actually looks like.

From 2027, LEAP moves to a brand-new, purpose-built campus in Pinehurst, Cape Town — bedrooms, a light-filled dining and common room, and an outdoor courtyard all on one site. Take a look around.

Your programme fee covers far more than classes — it includes outreaches, camps, conference, materials, and more.
Self-catering: budget roughly R1 500–R2 500 per month for food. A 12-month rental agreement and R150 refundable key deposit apply.
Part-time students live off-campus, so there's no accommodation fee — the programme fee is the same and covers all teaching, outreaches, camps and materials.

LEAP gave me a foundation in God's Word I'll build the rest of my life on. I came unsure of my calling and left with clarity.
Living in community, sitting under the teaching, going out on outreach — it grew me in ways a classroom never could.
I learned to know God for myself, not second-hand. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Replace these with real testimonies from your graduates — they're your most powerful marketing.
